Deletes all products, variants, images, and related records to start fresh.
🌳 Seed 1000+ Products with Complete Hierarchy
Seed 5-6 products for each of ~200 leaf categories with full category hierarchy connections to root. Runs in batches to avoid timeouts.

How it works:
- Phase 1: Clean all product data (or skip to add more)
- Phase 2: Seed 5-6 products per leaf category in batches
- Phase 3: Link products to full category hierarchy (leaf → parent → grandparent → root) via round-robin distribution
- Phase 4: Update all category product counts (including aggregated parent counts)
